The SportsCow.com Female Athlete of the Week is Jessica Lillquist of the Sebeka girls' basketball team.

Lillquist, a 5'10" sophomore, recently went over the 1,000 point milestone for her young career when she scored 19 points against Upsala on January 11.

Jessica currently leads the Lady Trojans with 276 points and 111 rebounds.  She is averaging 16.2 points and 9.3 boards per game.

"Jessica is a great all-around ball player," said Sebeka head coach Mike Heino.  "She can play inside and outside offensively and defensively.  She also a very smart ball player and a leader on the court."
